Kerstin: In my life I was confronted with situations and things that completely changed me and my life. This gave rise to fears, confused, negative thoughts and I no longer knew myself. Markus went for a walk with me, asked me questions and gave me a completely different view of things. At first I only contradicted him because I couldn't understand what positive things could be seen in these situations. But he knew an answer to everything, such a clear and plausible one. He showed me a way again, a way worth living that I probably wouldn't have found myself. He made me see the situation as a life's work, gave me courage and the strength to master it, above all to have trust and be grateful ... and to this day I have no longer had any of these negative thoughts. It is sometimes difficult for a "newbie" to implement what he has said. But if you keep thinking about it, it helps you or me so much. I can't describe it, but these conversations with him give me an inner calm as soon as I get into my car and drive home and I see things with completely different eyes.
